The limited liability company Direct Media, s.r.o., was founded on 05/10/1995. From its beginnings it has positioned itself as a production company with a primary focus on advertising and film-making. Constantly increasing customer demand over the years has led the Company to expand its offer of services and production up to the present day.
Direct Media, s.r.o., is divided into individual production divisions:
ADVERTISEMENT PRODUCTION – complex services in the field of indoor and outdoor advertising
EXPO – implementation of trade fair exhibitions throughout Europe
INSTORE – specialised advertising equipment for retail chains
FLAGS – production of flags, fly wings and other advertising textiles
DRES.CZ – production of sportswear
The aim of the project “Reconstruction of the Property of the Company Direct Media (project No. CZ.01.2.07/0.0/0.0/15_004/0000621)” is the demolition of the old, inadequate building at the address Špitálka 8, 602 00 Brno, and the construction of a new building, thanks to which the applicant’s competitiveness will be increased.
The new building will have 3 storeys, increased floor space and significantly greater applicability for the applicant.
Eligible expenses will comprise design and engineering activities, the demolition of the existing building and the construction of the new building, including utility networks.
Description of the new building:
Ground floor – production space for a large-format printer, CNC milling centre, storage space for a 5-day supply of required production materials, a screen-printing workshop, staff facilities, toilets, and a kitchenette. Area approx. 800 m2.
1st floor – garage parking for Direct Media company vehicles with a total area of approx. 800 m2.
2nd floor – final assembly workshops, large-format print welding shop, sublimation printers for textile printing, textile flag production, sewing workshop, WIP interim storage facilities, light panel production workshop, staff facilities, toilets, changing rooms and a kitchenette. Area 800 m2.
3rd floor – lift engine rooms, heat pump technology and technological facilities, 230 m2
